Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers with a warm, friendly demeanor
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry tools

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Valid driver’s licence
