JOB DESCRIPTION  Erno Laszlo is looking for a qualified intern to join our Digital Marketing & CRM team. They will learn to drive qualified traffic via digital marketing efforts, including paid social, paid audience acquisition, affiliates, email, and content marketing. Assist in the processes to coordinate campaign development and execute across multiple channels. 

This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and finish the internship, gaining experience in a direct-to-consumer-focused digital marketing strategy. 

This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing & CRM.  

LOCATION: New York, NY (remote) 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assist in the creation of all email marketing initiatives, including weekly deployments and automatic series correction 
• Assist with QA'ing all on-site activation and paid media links before campaign deployment 
• Organize all monthly content from the in-house creative and social team for distribution to our third-party agencies. 
• Document and track all paid media placements 
• Assist in building out monthly and quarterly content calendars to be distributed between internal and external teams. 
• Assist with monthly reporting of marketing and sales data 
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline 
• Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize on paid media channels

REQUIREMENTS 

• Undergraduate student, majoring in Sales, Marketing, Communications or Advertising 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Knowledge of social platforms 
• Driven and hard-working 
• Ability to take direction and multi-task 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office  
• Interest in Beauty and Fashion  
• Photoshop experience is a plus
