Responsibilities: • Run your own desk from start to finish — Traditional Sales, Refinances, and Beyond. • Be the leader of your unit – direct, mentor, and support your team (Assistants, Processors, Jr. Officers). • Provide top-tier service to your agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders. • Audit, review, and guide the work of your team to ensure smooth and accurate transactions. • Delegate tasks, solve problems, and keep files moving toward closing. • Close files fast, accurately, and with happy clients — every single time. Qualifications: • MUST have a verifiable Book of Business (agents, brokers, and lenders who trust YOU with their deals). • 3+ years of Escrow Officer experience running your own desk. • Proven ability to manage multiple files and high-volume pipelines. • Excellent communication and customer service skills — you know how to WOW clients and agents. • Strong organizational skills to keep files on track and meet closing deadlines. • Ability to lead a team and keep the momentum strong. • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and escrow software. • Must pass a DFPI and DOJ Background Check. Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 yearly

    $75,000-$80,000 per year
