In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the escrow process, from opening to closing, working closely with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders. You’ll prepare escrow instructions, review documents for accuracy, and ensure all funds are properly handled. As the key point of contact, you’ll maintain clear communication and provide excellent service, ensuring smooth and timely closings. Responsibilities: • Adhere to all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement and monitor progress • Collaborate with the title examiner to issue the title policy • Obtain, review, and clarify purchase agreements, contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions to ensure successful closing • Create and deliver closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders • Finish administrative tasks such as reporting and ensure funds are disbursed accurately • Interact and coordinate with industry contacts such as realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers • Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts Qualifications: • Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred — high school diploma required • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Must possess proficiency in escrow / title software • Solid knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, the escrow process, legal documents, and real estate property law Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly
