Candidates must be qualified and have a minimum of 2+ years of escrow officer experience. We are a growing office looking to expand our escrow team. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000+ yearly base plus bonus Responsibilities: • Open Escrow and Title orders • Package Escrow instructions and process closings • Process Escrow files; order Demands, Hero, Solar, and HOA • Review and understand Prelims; clear title and prepare the file for loan docs • Must know and understand TRID GUIDELINES • Maintain communication with all parties to the escrow • Experience with all types of escrows • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment • Great time management skills Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in escrow • Have a great "Yes I can" attitude • Have the ability to please others by staying positive. • Service-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service • Strong communication skills: written, in person, and by phone • High School Diploma or equivalent • College degree is not needed, but preferred • Hours 8:30-5:00 • Show sympathy to customers • Salary depends on experience • Bonuses and other awesome perks make us the best escrow company in town Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly + bonus
