Responsibilities: • Complete administrative tasks such as reporting and ensure all funds are disbursed accurately • Help coordinate the title policy with the title examiner • Review title commitment, lender instructions, purchase and sale agreements to be sure the duties and responsibilities are clear to facilitate closing • Work in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations when dealing with escrow transactions and escrow accounts • Coordinate and interact professionally with industry contacts such as loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, sellers, and realtors Qualifications: • 3+ years of real estate closing escrow transactions experience with residential sales, REO, refinance, short sale escrow, or commercial • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred — high school diploma required • Strong knowledge of the escrow process, title process, regulatory guidelines, and company policies / procedures • Must possess proficiency in escrow / title software Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
