Who This Role is Perfect For: • A well-connected escrow sales pro looking for a high-paying opportunity • A real estate or title industry professional who loves networking & relationship-building • A go-getter who wants to make a serious impact in a growing company Responsibilities: • Develop and expand relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals • Actively prospect new business through field visits, online meetings, calls, and emails • Attend real estate events – broker previews, open houses, community events, and more • Be a trusted industry resource by staying informed on escrow and real estate trends • Field calls from existing clients , ensuring they’re fully utilizing our escrow services • Pitch additional services to clients and educate them on the benefits of working with us • Give presentations to small and large groups about our escrow services • Strategically drive revenue growth , increasing market share month-over-month Qualifications: • Proven track record in sales – escrow, title, or real estate industry preferred • Outgoing, persuasive, and relationship-driven personality • Ability to work independently and operate without constant supervision • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail • Customer service mindset – clients should love working with you! • Basic tech skills – Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and internet proficiency • Clean driving record – you’ll be on the road meeting clients! • Willingness to attend industry functions outside normal business hours Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 yearly + Commission
