Responsibilities: • Manage and configure systems to align with business requirements • Map title premiums, underwriting documents, and rate structures • Create and oversee actions, action groups, and action lists • Set up new clients and ensure seamless system integration • Analyze and resolve XML-related issues • Design and enhance email and document templates • Work with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance automation • Offer training and support to staff on software features and functionality Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience as a Resware Administrator • In-depth knowledge of mapping title premiums, underwriting documents, and rates • Solid understanding of actions, action groups, and action lists • Experience in setting up new clients within software • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving XML issues • Proficient in designing email and document templates • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000
