    Stein Law seeks to add an Estate Planning Associate Attorney to our growing firm. Our ideal candidate is an attorney with 2 to 5 years of recent experience in estate planning who is eager to learn about the tax and corporate worlds.

    Ideal Candidate:

    We seek a highly motivated Associate Attorney in estates and trusts to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience handling estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, while providing guidance on tax implications and asset protection strategies. The qualified candidate must have excellent research and writing skills and be willing to work on a variety of ancillary matters.

    Responsibilities:

    Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

    Advise clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and asset protection.

    Conduct client meetings to understand their goals and provide tailored legal solutions.

    Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to ensure comprehensive client care.

    Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations.

    Represent clients in probate and estate administration matters as needed
