Responsibilities: • Being a direct point of contact for clients on the creation and implementation of their respective estate planning strategy in a way that will make the client want to leave a 5-star Google Review with your name in it • Advising clients about their estate planning options, the pros, and cons of each strategy, and providing a fiduciary recommendation from a "down-to-earth" perspective that clients will understand and appreciate • Being a mentor to lesser-experienced team members and an advocate for team member growth and education • Contributing to the success of the team even if it means going outside of your job description • Keeping unneeded drama out of the office and contributing to our solid team culture • Helping to grow the firm's presence throughout the Triangle and the State of North Carolina Qualifications: • Licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina (PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE LICENSED IN NORTH CAROLINA) • Able to work in-person at our office in Chapel Hill, NC on a hybrid work schedule • Great conversation and communication skills • At least 3 years of progressive experience working with estate planning and probate matters at a law firm that focuses on estate planning and probate • High emotional intelligence • Business and tech-savvy or a quick learner • Experience and comfort with one-on-one consultation meetings with clients on your own Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly
