The estate planning attorney will meet with clients, draft and review trusts, wills and other estate planning documents as well as collaborate with attorneys and paralegals providing clients with comprehensive plans. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator taking the time with client meetings and follow through, to provide timely and efficient workflow. Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare customized estate plans including Wills, POA, HCP, and Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts for clients based on their individual needs and goals • Conduct client meetings • Conduct legal research and analysis related to estate planning laws and regulations • Advise and guide clients with moderate to high-net-worth estates • Communicate with clients; ensure cases are managed timely and efficiently • Collaborate with Senior Attorneys, paralegals and other staff to meet client expectations and commitments • Ability to oversee multiple cases and follow through on open items. Review open client files regularly to resolve issues and move cases to completion • Record time and prepare client invoices using Clio Software • Build trust with clients and represent the firm in a professional manner Qualifications: • 2-5 years experience with an emphasis in Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Elder Law • Knowledge of Wealth Counsel • Familiarity with Medicaid Application a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Well-developed research and analytical skills Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
