  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and project-driven paralegal to join our legal production team, specializing in estate planning. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and preparing various legal documents, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. You will also conduct legal research to support estate planning strategies, prepare documents for probate proceedings, and ensure all case files and important information are meticulously organized and easily accessible. Responsibilities: The Paralegal is key to our Legal Productions Engine here at LLG. Core responsibilities would include, but not limited to: • Drafting estate planning-related documents • Funding client's estate plans • Preparing clients' estate planning portfolio binders • Creating diagrams and overviews of clients' estate plans • Assisting attorneys with non-standard estate planning matters for high-net-worth clients • Case Management (including Estate Administration matters) Qualifications: • Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills • Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference • Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired • 5+ years of estate planning paralegal experience Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
