We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and proactive paralegal to join our legal production team, specializing in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. In this role, you will be a key leader in Legal Operations, responsible for owning the client experience—from initial case coordination through leading client meetings, managing communications, and ensuring follow-through. You will play a critical role in bringing our attorneys’ plan designs to life while also ensuring that all legal documents, filings, and case details are executed with precision. Responsibilities: The Paralegal is a trusted partner to our attorneys and clients. Core responsibilities would include, but not limited to: • Own the client experience – act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the estate planning and administration process, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and a top-tier experience • Lead client meetings with confidence, including document signings, funding discussions, and follow-ups, ensuring clients fully understand their plans • Manage estate planning, probate, and trust administration cases from start to finish with little to no direction • Drafting base, advanced, and estate administration matters using WealthCounsel and internal templates • Own Deed and LLC drafting, filing, and recording processes • Funding client's estate plans • Preparing clients' estate planning portfolio binders • Creating diagrams and overviews of clients' estate plans • Assisting attorneys with high-net-worth and complex estate planning matters • Lead with our Core Values • Care + Concern for Others • Committed to Quality • Growth Mindset • Kindness, Always • Bridging the Gap Between Confusion + Clarity Qualifications: • Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills • Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference • Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired • Proven ability to take ownership of client interactions, meetings, and case coordination • Estate Planning, WealthCounsel, and WealthDocx experience are bonuses • Strong ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and confidently to clients Compensation: $60,000 yearly
