    Stein Law is seeking a skilled and motivated paralegal with a minimum of 2-3 years recent experience in estate planning and estate administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estate planning concepts, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We represent a variety of entity types operating throughout the world and their life cycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Make initial calls to clients to obtain relevant information to open their files.

    Create new files and enter pertinent information into case management software.

    Draft legal documents related to estate planning and corporate matters, including wills, trusts, IRS filings, entity formation documents, and ancillary documents.

    Administer estates from filing probate petitions to final accountings and case closing.

    Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support casework.

    Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

    Directly communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer questions.

    Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with client correspondence when needed.

    Prepare and file documents with state and federal agencies as required.

    Qualifications:

    Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program, or demonstrated expertise through relevant work experience in the legal field

    2+ years of estate planning paralegal experience. Preferably corporate law experience is desirable but not required.

    Strong knowledge of legal terminology, processes, and documentation.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
