Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing estate planning documents • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry, document drafting, and legal paperwork • Provide up-to-date and accurate information for client cases • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for their estate plans • Establish rapport and trust with clients to facilitate the planning process • Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet client needs and firm expectations • Ensure timely completion of estate planning projects • Assist in the administration of trusts and estates after the • Provide ongoing support to clients and their families in executing their estate plans Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in estate planning or related legal field • Proficiency in legal document preparation and review • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Knowledge of estate planning laws and procedures • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $22 - $29 hourly
