Your Legacy Legal Care has an opening for an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to assist us by providing paralegal support, including drafting documents and meeting with clients to review their plans. Documents include wills, trusts, and ancillary documents associated with estate planning. Responsibilities: • Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects. • Draft, proofread, and prepare estate planning documents. • Perform research. • Accurately record hours/productivity in the firm's time management software. • Facilitate client meetings to sign documents. Qualifications: • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • 3-5 years of experience in estate planning preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Microsoft Office Suite, experience working with Wealth Counsel a plus. • Paralegal certificate preferred. Compensation: $50,000+ yearly
