    Our Law Firm is growing and is currently seeking an Associate with experience in Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Elder Law. Responsibilities: Our Associate is responsible for: • Designing comprehensive, custom Estate Plans • Managing and handling all aspects of probate matters • Working with third-party professionals such as Financial Planners, CPAs, and Insurance Agents • Managing all aspects of a client's matter from engagement to close • Overseeing the work of legal support team members (Paralegal and/or Legal Assistants) assigned to assist with production and delivery Our Associate can be described as: • Self-motivated • Manages a matter from engagement through closing, without needing constant supervision • Enjoys opportunities to interact with clients daily • Designs and executes strategies that help clients build a brighter future • Gets excited about opportunities to grow personally and professionally Qualifications: • Must be a good-standing member of the Maryland State Bar • 5+ years’ experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration • Strong research and writing skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel • Excellent organizational skills • Experience managing a full caseload Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
