Full Job Description

Obtain client health history through the use of client intake forms, assessing problems and conditions and consulting with clients about recommended treatments

Maintain Company Social Media Management and post Specials and Promotions weekly

Maintain all Medspa bookings and consultations

Record detailed notes for all clients including contraindications, allergies, medications, formulations, and treatment preferences

Participate in sales and marketing events both inside and outside the practice.

Stay up to date with training and education on skincare and spa lines while proactively promoting products to clients

Dedication to staying up to date on current licensing changes and abide by all rules and regulations associated with licensure

Job duties/tasks assigned by Medical Director and providers

Maintain communication with Medspa vendors and sales representatives

Sales Driven

Laser Hair Removal treatment: 1 year (Recommended)

Medical Facial Service Experience: 2 years (Required)

Esthetician: 2 years (Required)

Laser Hair Removal License valid in the State of Texas (Recommended)

Customer service: 2 year (Required)

Responsibilities

HydraFacial

Skin Rejuvenation

Assist with Non-invasive or Minimally-invasive Procedures

IPL Photo Facial
