What You’ll Do:

Perform a variety of waxing services, including brow tinting & brow shaping, facial waxing and body waxing.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing knowledgeable consultations, recommending products, and explaining the benefits of our services.

Educate guests about aftercare and help them select the best products for their skin type.

Build rapport with clients to create long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.

Meet sales goals through upselling services and retail products—earning generous performance bonuses along the way!

Follow all hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for both guests and staff.

Have a current esthetician or cosmetology license and a passion for the beauty industry.

Qualifications:

Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in good standing (required).

Previous experience in waxing or a similar beauty service is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
