Job Type: Full or Part-Time
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and members in a professional, friendly manner and select the appropriate Massage Envy Spa facial based on the client's needs after reviewing the client intake form with each guest • Provide excellent customer service to all clients • Obtains client's informed consent for the facial plan before beginning the session • Perform a 50-minute customized facial session within the scope of training and utilizing draping protocols. • Complete accurate and legible client intake notes • Create an excellent experience for guests and members through a therapeutic touch and friendly attitude • Promote the health and wellness benefits of facials specific to each client and recommend frequency of visits • Safeguard client information and confidentiality • Execute professional boundaries and do not engage in dual relationships with clients • Maintain a professional clean appearance of self and clinic by wearing a clean and pressed uniform, following the table dressing and draping protocols, and keeping the therapy room clean
• Achieve personal & clinic goals to help build the spa
Qualifications:
• Must have an active Esthetics License as required by law
• Maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate and complete records
• Must pass a background check • Understand and believe in the benefits of skincare and massage therapy • Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, fellow therapists, and sales staff • Understand the importance of at-home care regiments and sales in spa
