Required Skills of a Sugarist:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license

1+ years as a Licensed Esthetician

Customer service focused, cares for clients

Reliable transportation & strong work ethic

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Can follow detailed instructions and take feedback to foster growth and potential

Responsibilities:

Learn and exclusively use sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique

Learn and become proficient in our scheduling software and studio procedures

Educate clients on Earthly Care routine memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and other sugaringLA sugaring services.

Help maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment

Create new clientele through sugaringLA’s referral programs
