Job Description

Seeking a candidate that can provide exceptional attention to detail in the role of Restoration Estimator. This person must be very organized, have great oral and written communication, and excellent customer service skills. This person will be responsible for producing emergency service estimates.

Responsibilities:

· Complete mitigation estimates in Xactimate from technician scope forms

· Serve as a point of contact with project managers, technicians, adjusters, and customers

· Other office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Strong typing skills

· Experience in an administrative role preferred

· Must have excellent customer service skills

· Quantitative, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills

· Accurate and detailed oriented

· Proven strong time management skills

· Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work independently

· Xactimate experience is preferred

· Knowledge of MICA and Moisture Mapper a plus

· Insurance experience a plus
