Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Review project plans, specifications, and bid requests. • Prepare accurate estimates by analyzing project scope, materials, and labor costs. • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess project conditions and scope. • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. • Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients. • Work with sales and project management teams to transition projects from estimating to execution. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • 2-5 years of estimating experience in asphalt paving, construction, or a related field. • Strong mathematical and analytical skills – must be comfortable working with measurements, geometry, and cost analysis. • Passion for problem-solving and strategy , with the ability to identify competitive advantages in project bids. • Experience using Microsoft Suite is required and takeoff software such as Bluebeam, or similar, is encouraged but not required. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Valid driver’s license , with a clean record, and willingness to travel for site visits. Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 yearly
