Job Summary
Our Established company is growing its clientele, and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator/Inside Sales Representative to join our team of professionals. In this role you will assist the company in making profitable business decisions by gathering information and preparing accurate estimates, while selling the companies services to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management, sales, be organized, analytical, motivated, detail-oriented, driven, strong communication skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to identify customer needs.
Provide detailed information about our services and how they can benefit the customer.
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products
Ensure timely completion of estimates
Understand scope of work or accurate estimate
Prepare cost analysis
Dispatching
Understanding customer needs

Skills
Proven experience in sales and estimating is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Ability to articulate complex concepts in an understandable manner.
Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to exceed sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent
