The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and life science project estimating, proficiency in preconstruction services, cost analysis, and bidding, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in life science or commercial construction
• Expertise in cost estimating software and industry-standard tools
• Strong knowledge of local market pricing, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
