Responsibilities: • Create detailed and accurate proposals for residential remodel projects • Gather pricing information from suppliers and subcontractors • Collaborate with the Design Team, Sales, and Production to ensure clarity and profitability in proposals • Work closely with the in-house draftsman to produce precise take-offs and purchase orders • Develop sales budgets into detailed proposals • Gather and manage pricing from suppliers and subcontractors • Collaborate with an in-house draftsman for accurate take-offs and purchase orders • Work closely with the Design Team, Sales, and Production to create profitable proposals • Ensure clear communication of discrepancies and troubleshoot planning issues • Utilize Builder Trend to build estimates and budgets, including cost coding Qualifications: • Understanding of all phases of remodel construction • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent teamwork skills • 6-10+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in high-end residential remodeling. • Proven ability to create detailed and accurate subcontractor bids, project estimates, and material take-offs • Ability to interpret architectural plans, specifications, and shop drawings • Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and different departments • Integrity and professionalism, as this is a sensitive position for the company • Experience with Builder Trend software is required • Must be willing to relocate to West Chester, PA, if not already local Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
