What You Will Do
The Residential Construction Coordinator/Estimator plays a vital role in bridging our sales and project management efforts. This team member is responsible for developing precise cost estimates that support competitive bids and guide projects to successful, on-budget completion. Working closely with both the sales team and project managers, this role is instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution from initial proposal through final walkthrough.
The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of residential remodeling construction, and clear, confident communication skills.
