Commercial Project Executive - West Palm Beach

The Project Executive is responsible for the overall success of assigned projects by overseeing the construction operations, negotiating the Owner contract, and is the main contact for the Project Managers. This role develops project team members, identifies continuous improvement opportunities, and assists with the creation of a business unit strategic growth plan and budget.

Qualifications:

• Advising teams from development through closeout on all topics related to field execution, including but not limited to site utilization, scheduling/phasing, trade contractor management, etc.
• Create and oversee reporting requirements and accountability metrics for job site safety and quality across the Business(es) / Division.
• Development of site services utilization for all projects in the Business Division in coordination with the Business(es) / Division Core Team and Enterprise site services team.
• Coordinate with upper management related to staffing/resource management for field roles.
• Support the success of superintending and self-perform site services staff through recruiting, training, mentoring/coaching, career development, and related activities.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 10+ years in the lead role on projects valued at $50 million or larger
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Procore knowledge
