The commissary produces all elements for plated desserts in our restaurants, plus sweet treats and doughs Having experience is always appreciated, but we will train the right candidates. You will learn to produce everything we make in our production department for all our restaurants and outlets.

Be able to read recipes and follow instructions

Be motivated and have a positive attitude

Understand how to work efficiently, with a sense of urgency

Have strong communication skills and time management

Have a current WA State Food Handler's Permit
