Ethan Stowell Restaurants is looking for a candidate to replace our current Commissary Manager who is moving up in the company. You will be responsible for managing the commissary located in Sodo which produces and delivers product to our more than 20 locations in Seattle and on the East Side.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of ESR Pasta, Desserts, Bread, Pizza Dough, Bagels and more
Manage logistics of ordering, production, warehousing and delivery
Quality Control
Hire, Fire, Schedule all Seattle Commissary staff
Manage Staff Training
Manage maintenance of kitchen equipment
Manage maintenance of delivery fleet
Hire, Fire, Schedule all Seattle Commissary staff
Enforce compliance for health and safety standards
Manage COG’s and labor to meet a budget
Own the relationship between ESR & ESR partners working in the commissary location
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Chef, Food Production Manager,
Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong time management and ability to delegate appropriately
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time
Valid King County Food Handlers Permit
