Entry Level Social Media Content Creator Role is mainly in office with some remote availability, candidates should be located in Charlotte, North Carolina
Work primary Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm Pay: Yearly Salary Plus Benefits
As a team member of the Social Media Department team, you’ll drive brand awareness, increased revenue, and engagement through social media management for our client accounts. The successful candidate will follow a comprehensive organic social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, brand sentiment, and promote brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a creative way of thinking and presenting our brands through multiple social media channels. Ultimately, the goal of the position is to scale our client channels and ensure our social presence is aligned with our marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned client social media accounts and ensure up to date on trend content
Feedback on our current process and creative/editorial direction – provide feedback and recommendations.
Engage in monthly brainstorms and contribute to monthly content ideation
Create monthly calendar one month in advance (including choosing content ideas from brainstorm)
Assist in creating development plans for online content based on user needs and marketing goals; identify content gaps and make recommendations
Create, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, video, or stories) that builds meaningful connections and encourages followers to act
Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
Gradually achieve market engagement, organic traffic and engagement by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap
Partner with Creative Directors, Social Media team members and designers to ensure content is informative, relevant and eye catching
Collaborate with Marketing team to create exciting and informative social ‘buzz’ regarding upcoming launches, events, and services
Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels, and technologies; provide recommendations as far as leveraging new tools and services
Compile data across social media platforms and create monthly or quarterly reports when requested
