    Job Description

    Ethos Group Compliance Solutions (EGCS) works with automobile dealerships to identify compliance vulnerabilities that pose a business risk and crafts innovative solutions that help protect the business and its employees. Other components of our compliance program include online and on-site training, development of an online employee handbook, new hire resources, dispute resolution resources, online forms and a toll-free employee hotline.

    This position requires managing a territory of customers and conducting quarterly on-site audits to identify areas of risk and presenting findings along with recommended solutions to stakeholders. This service provides our customers with a valuable resource which has proven to significantly reduce their exposure to hazards.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to conduct formal training and presentations in a large group setting
    • Familiarity with compliance topics impacting automobile dealerships
    • Maintain a working understanding of compliance related matters
    • Desire to work in fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
    • Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
    • High attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
    • Operate with limited supervision in completing assigned responsibilities
    • Provide support for assigned projects and research responsibilities as needed
    • Strong reading/writing skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software applications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of two years working in a retail automobile dealership or for a service provider in compliance/risk services
    • Familiarity with Human Resources/OSHA best practices a plus
    • Ability to travel frequently (3-5 days a week)
    • Willingness to relocate upon assignment of Rep territory
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
