Job Description

Direct responsibility for sourcing comparator drugs used in clinical supplies, including all communication, paperwork and required ERP transactions.

• Acting as primary point of contact internally for comparator sourcing
• Advises on appropriate sourcing strategy
• Provides timely and accurate communication and information for all relevant activities
• Engages with internal requestor at time of request to understand project scope and constraints.
• Follows up closely with internal requestor until final decision is made and update internal systems as required.
• Maintains and shares overview of ongoing projects
• Implements and adjusts plans, leverages resources to achieve goals
• Performs all required inventory transactions in the ERP system

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Demonstrable interest in Biopharma services, product development, and comparator drug sourcing, and clinical supplies.
• Authorization to work in the US for any employer, indefinitely, without sponsorship.

The Ideal Candidate would Possess:

• Proven work experience, preferably in a GMP area
• Team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and experience with ERP preferable
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in cold conditions when required
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to multi-task on a regular basis
