PAY STRUCTURE

We offer competitive hourly compensation starting at $15 per hour. Opportunity to earn an additional $2-$8/hour worked from tips, bonuses, and commission.

STAFFING

Part-time employees work 12-24 hours per week. All employees are required to work min of two Saturdays and two Sundays a month. Shifts are anywhere from 4-6 hours long.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Sunday: 10am - 4pm

Monday-Thursday 9am - 9pm

Friday: 9am - 7pm Saturday 9am - 5pm

JOB DETAILS INCLUDE

Work at multiple locations as requested, currently we are staffing for Draper and Murray only

Available to work 2 weekends a month

Available to work during holidays and promotional sales

We require staff to be available during school breaks, holidays and during our busy season September through May

Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license

CUSTOMER SERVICE/ PUBLIC RELATIONS

Ensure customers receive a superior tanning experience by maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the salon

Resolve complaints (as they occur on shift)

Provide information about products, services and memberships

Judiciously and effectively address customer requests appropriately

SALES

Promote and believe in the benefits of light therapy and spray services

Meet monthly sales goals on memberships, products, and services

Ensure customers receive a tanning experience tailored to their individual needs by educating, promoting, and selling European Tan’s Fitzpatrick Skin Typing protocol and the tanning process

Demonstrate good personal character-- integrity, honesty, and fairness in your life and at work

Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work culture--teamwork, camaraderie, and communication
