Comfort Inn & Suites Branson Meadows is looking for an Evening Front Desk Agent. This front desk shift is 3 pm-11 pm. We are looking for someone who wants a rewarding career in the hospitality industry and wants to demonstrate their excellent customer service skills. Our award winning hotel is looking for a friendly and trustworthy individual to be our new front desk/concierge. You are the first person to meet guests upon arrival and will be responsible for checking in guests, making reservations, recommending local activities or restaurants, arranging transportation and any other tasks as needed. Responsibilities: • Take and distribute messages or mail, and reroute calls by answering the phone and making reservations • Function as a contact point for guests seeking support or information and taking care of their needs and expectations • Address issues and complaints from guests and find an appropriate answer • Welcome all guests and confirm bookings upon their arrival • Provide the best local recommendations, gather in-depth knowledge about the premises as well as surrounding venues and businesses Qualifications: • 1+ years of hotel industry experience in roles such as hotel front desk agent preferred • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • Expertise of the local area to make recommendations for restaurants and other activities • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent Compensation: $15 - $16.05 hourly
