    ** Starting wage for this position is $16.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**

    As the official hotel of Deer District, it is located in the bustling heart of downtown, adjacent to Fiserv Forum. Situated courtside in Cream City’s dynamic hub of sports, culture, and entertainment, The Trade offers 207 luxurious rooms and suites plus destination dining with a rooftop restaurant and lounge boasting stunning city views.

    How do I make an impact on my team? Our friendly Evening Hotel Guest Service Representative provide attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests.

    Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner

    Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs

    Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations

    Work in cooperation with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience

    Use computer system to make reservations, check-in and check-out guests and process payments

    Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment

    Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests
