Job Title: Bartender

Position Overview:
Trinity College seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team for a special event this weekend. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of beverages, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant campus atmosphere while providing exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and college events.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Check identification to verify that guests are of legal drinking age.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately, adhering to college policies.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members and coordinate with event organizers to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and college policies regarding alcohol service.

Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred, particularly in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of a wide range of beverages, cocktails, and current trends in the beverage industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in fast-paced settings.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess any relevant certifications (such as TIPS or ServSafe).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay $16-18/hr depending on experience
