Ensure events run smoothly by overseeing all on-site activities and managing staff.
Handle event registrations, invitations, and participant communication.
Monitor event budgets and provide regular updates to clients.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event and provide immediate solutions.
Manage post-event activities, including feedback collection and reporting.
