Deer Run Winery is seeking an Event Coordinator! This person is in charge of booking, organizing and overseing all aspects of winery events and weddings. Deer Run Winery hosts a variety of winery events and dinners and is a premier wedding venue from June to October hosting wedding ceremonies outdoors in our vineyard and receptions under our rustic chic pavilion!

The candidate must have the following skills:

able to work independently

be highly organized

ability to handle oneself under pressure

be comfortable with directing large groups of people

problem solve as needed

have a flare for creativity and design

enjoy setting up for events

able to stand/walk for up to 8 to 10 hours at a time

able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (during summer / early fall months)

able to give tours, sell events, create contracts

organize/track event invoicing

oversee the Wine Club (we host four quarterly wine release events annually)
