  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Planning events from sales turnover to event execution.
    • Serve alongside the Event Manager as the on-site contacts during events, jointly ensuring flawless execution.
    • Prepare comprehensive event documentation.
    • Utilize event management software for internal and external communication (TripleSeat and iVvy).
    • Ensure billing accuracy and review charges with clients before finalizing the bill.
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of public events held on the property.
    • Organize and delegate tasks before, during, and after events to ensure smooth operations.
    • Liaise with the culinary team and banquet management for seamless event coordination.
    • Coordinate with external vendors (musicians, florists, rental companies) related to events and communications.
    • Assist other hospitality departments with operations, outreach, sales processes, or guest services as needed.
    • Support food and beverage administration and operations at The Restaurant at JUSTIN during slower event periods.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years in customer service; event or banquet experience preferred.
    • Passion for wine and the wine industry. Wine certification (e.g., CSW, WSET) is a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.
    • Valid driver's license in good standing.
    • High School Diploma or GED required.

    Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.00. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
