Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of events held at our venue. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal staff to ensure events are executed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution
Meet with clients to understand event needs and provide professional guidance
Create detailed event timelines, layouts, and logistics plans
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
Manage budgets, contracts, and invoicing related to events
Ensure compliance with safety and venue regulations
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on event day
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and implement timely solutions
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or a similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software
