Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events while ensuring all logistics run smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, vendor communication, and scheduling
Develop detailed event timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
Work closely with internal teams and clients to meet event goals and expectations
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless operations
Identify and resolve any issues that arise before or during events
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
Ensure all necessary permits and regulations are met for each event
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong negotiation and budgeting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
