Guided by the Group Sales Manager and Catering & Sales Manager, you'll collaborate with clients and colleagues, making every day a new and rewarding challenge.

You'll be working your magic on a full-time, year-round basis at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center in Bar Harbor, Maine. Your schedule will include evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. The starting wage is $21 per hour.

Essential Duties

• Coordinate with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring all their needs are met.
• Manage event logistics, including setup, staffing, and schedules.
• Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Oversee the event day operations to guarantee smooth execution.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to provide outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records and billing for events.
• Assist with event marketing and client outreach as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
