    Key Responsibilities

    • Event Planning amp; Execution: Assist in organizing and executing events from concept to completion, ensuring each detail is managed seamlessly.
    • Client Coordination: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring event goals are met with high satisfaction.
    • Vendor Management: Support the sourcing and coordination of vendors, ensuring all aspects of the event, from logistics to décor, are properly managed.
    • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement event promotion strategies to increase event attendance and engagement.
    • Logistical Support: Coordinate event materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure smooth operations on event day.
    • On-Site Management: Oversee event activities on-site, ensuring all logistics and schedules are adhered to.
    • Reporting amp; Feedback: Track event success metrics and provide feedback to senior managers to improve future event strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Education: A degree in Event Management , Marketing , Public Relations , or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

    • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the event is executed flawlessly.
