Join our team and take on a diverse role where you will be instrumental in coordinating events, managing calendars, providing essential support for client services, and driving new business growth for our firm! Responsibilities: Event Coordination : • Plan and execute a variety of client events, from webinars, educational workshops, and seminars, to networking functions • Manage all aspects of events, including running the virtual events, future in-person events, budgeting, vendor communication, and logistics • Oversee event setup, execution, and follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees • Develop and manage event marketing materials to promote events and drive attendance Calendar Management : • Manage the calendars of the team, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely communication with clients • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls • Maintain a centralized calendar system for the team New Business Development Support : • Assist with research and case preparation materials for advisors • Help coordinate client onboarding processes • Schedule and manage introductory meetings with potential clients Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, event management, or a related field (preferred) • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Experience with event management or online video software a plus • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional experiences Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
