As an Event Promotions Assistant , you will support the planning, coordination, and promotion of fundraising events. This role involves working closely with the event team to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, engaging with event attendees, and driving awareness and donations for our clients. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this entry-level role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with event logistics , including preparation, setup, and breakdown to ensure smooth execution.
• Actively promote campaigns , distribute materials, and represent clients professionally to event attendees.
• Build rapport with event attendees, answer questions, and provide information about the cause being supported.
• Manage sign-ups , process donations, and collect attendee feedback with accuracy to enhance future events.
• Collaborate with team members to meet event goals, timelines, and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Participate in hands-on training to develop skills in event promotions , fundraising strategies , and marketing techniques.
