The Event Promotions Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and promotion of fundraising events. This role involves working closely with the event team to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, engaging with event attendees, and driving awareness and donations for our clients. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event logistics, including preparation, setup, and breakdown.
- Actively promote campaigns, distribute materials, and represent clients professionally to attendees.
- Build rapport with event attendees, answer questions, and provide information about the cause.
- Manage sign-ups, process donations, and collect attendee feedback with accuracy.
- Work closely with team members to meet event goals and deadlines.
- Participate in hands-on training to enhance skills in event promotions, marketing, and fundraising strategies.
