About the Role
As an Event Promotions Assistant , you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and promotion of fundraising events. You will collaborate with the event team to ensure seamless execution, connect with event attendees, and help boost awareness and donations for nonprofit clients. No prior experience required —we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with event logistics , including preparation, setup, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.

• Promoting fundraising campaigns , distributing materials, and representing nonprofit clients professionally.

• Engaging with event attendees , answering questions, and sharing important information about the cause.

• Managing sign-ups , processing donations, and collecting attendee feedback accurately.
