JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Banquet Staff, Houseman, and Servers Reports To: Banquet Captain and Event Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of proper table service. The candidate will also possess great customer service and client relation skills.
Work is performed in a venue environment that is very fast paced.
Banquet staff are responsible for setup and service for assigned banquet duties, such as setting table linens, silverware, and glassware. Food service during event, appetizers, buffet service, plated dinner, and wine/beer service. Requires the ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Required to keep a neat, professional appearance and uniform. Our uniform: Black button down shirt with black pants. All staff are wearing masks.
Waitstaff or bussing tables experience preferred. Banquet experience a plus.
Part Time and Full Time available. Mostly weekend shifts. Monday and Thursdays also available.
Positive attitude when working with their team. Making every effort to accommodate any guest's reasonable request.
