Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure event success
Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans
Assist in creating marketing materials and event presentations
Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown
Monitor event performance and gather feedback for future improvements
Ensure all events align with the company’s brand identity and objectives
Manage administrative tasks related to event planning and execution
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
